In order to fully leverage the respective advantages of Lecheng Pilot Zone and Haikou National High tech Zone, actively explore the new model of "enclave economy" in the park, and promote the development of Hainan's biopharmaceutical industry, on the afternoon of November 16th, the Hainan Provincial Development and Reform Commission Hainan Provincial Drug Administration Lecheng Pilot Zone Management Bureau Haikou National High tech Zone four-way linkage symposium was held in Lecheng, Boao.

Jia Ning, Director of the Lecheng Pilot District Management Bureau, presided over the meeting. Liu Liwu, Deputy Mayor of Haikou Municipal Government and Secretary of the Haikou National High tech Zone Working Committee, Li Yunda, Deputy Director of the Hainan Provincial Drug Administration, Wu Quanzhou, First Level Researcher and Director of the Provincial Economic Research Center of the Industrial Development Department of the Hainan Provincial Development and Reform Commission, Gu Xiaofang, Deputy Director of the Hainan Provincial Pharmaceutical Equipment Evaluation Service Center, Lv Xiaolei, Executive Deputy Director of the Hainan Boao Lecheng Pilot Zone Management Bureau, Fu Zhu, Deputy Director, and Li Xiong, Director of the Haikou National High tech Zone Management Committee, Deputy directors Ma Yue and Feng Guang, as well as leaders such as Wu Huabing, President of Haikou National High tech Zone International Investment Consulting Co., Ltd., attended the meeting.

This symposium will discuss in depth the ways in which Haikou City participates in the first International Conference on Real World Research of Pharmaceutical Devices, how Haikou and Lecheng can work together to develop the enclave economy, how to further promote the establishment of a tripartite conference mechanism between the Hainan Provincial Drug Administration, Lecheng Pilot Zone Management Bureau, and Haikou National High tech Zone, as well as the establishment of a tripartite joint venture between the emerging China Haikou National High tech Zone and Lecheng. After thorough communication and consultation among representatives from all four parties, a consensus was reached on the above issues.

This symposium is a concrete practice of deeply implementing the decision of the Hainan Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government to promote the high-quality development of the biopharmaceutical industry. The meeting stated that the four parties will strengthen linkage, accelerate the creation of a linkage development brand model of "Lecheng Application High tech Production", strive to achieve policy linkage, complementary functions, and overlapping advantages, improve the biopharmaceutical industry ecology, form a new development pattern of "front store rear factory" in Lecheng Haikou, and make every effort to contribute to the expansion and strength of the biopharmaceutical industry in the free trade port.
